Kristin Schwartzbauer

Ms. Schwartzbauer brings more than 20 years of quality systems and quality operations experience to Halozyme. She joined Halozyme as Vice President, Quality in 2022 following the acquisition of Antares Pharma, Inc. where she served as Vice President of Corporate Quality Assurance and led all aspects of the Antares Pharma quality organization. She was responsible for overseeing a quality management system scope expansion to include on-site manufacturing of combination products. She led the quality teams supporting pharmaceutical development, medical device design, commercial manufacturing and supplier management.

Prior to joining Halozyme, Ms. Schwartzbauer served as Senior Manager, Global Quality at Wright Medical which specialized in orthopedics. In her role, she worked to harmonize quality systems globally and led quality integration planning for M&A activities. Prior, she held roles of increasing levels of responsibility at Boston Scientific supporting quality oversight of new automated technology catheter assembly.

Ms. Schwartzbauer received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Spanish from Bucknell University and studied Statistics at Lehigh University as part of graduate studies.
