Thank you to our patients, partners and shareholders for your continued support as we’ve learned to navigate through these unprecedented times together. We have all worked through many challenges during this pandemic, both in our professional lives and in the home.
One of our values is that we respect and value the team — we do this by working together to achieve common goals and respecting the diverse skillsets and perspectives we each bring to the table. Yet, we would not be successful in this without prioritizing our team’s personal time off and well-being. It’s important that, as an organization, we empower our employees to prioritize their mental and physical health.
As a result, we decided to institute a week-long employee summer shutdown. This time away – appropriately dubbed “Inspire Week” – allowed for our employees to take a break from the screen and nourish both their minds and bodies. We encouraged our employees to spend quality time with their loved ones and recharge in whatever way suits them best.
From kayaking, national parks and baseball games, to spending quality time at home with family and fur friends, we were delighted to see how our employees utilized this mid-year recharge.
